The VISA Platinum bank card associated with your account is issued in Hong Kong. This is determined by the Bank Identification Number (BIN), which is linked to the country where the card is registered. Although your card is issued in Hong Kong, you can use it globally, anywhere VISA is accepted.
Yes, you can attach your Visa Platinum card to PayPal. This allows you to make purchases and payments using your card through PayPal's platform. However, please note that PayPal's terms and conditions may vary depending on your location and jurisdiction, so if you encounter any issues adding your card, it's a good idea to contact PayPal's customer support for assistance.
Your Visa Platinum Card generally allows spending of any pre-funded amount up to 250,000 USD. However, clients must notify their account managers of planned transactions amounting to 250,000 USD or more.
An important factor for large expenses is the pre-funding period. It requires 3 business days of pre-funded volume for such transactions. CaaS clients should top up their accounts and notify their account managers when anticipating large expenses.

Each user needs to have their own card under their own name. So, get your family members to sign up, complete the KYC procedure, and they can have their very own card.

Once you complete the verification, a window displaying the verification status will appear. If your account has already been verified, you will be redirected to a window where you will need to provide additional information including your billing address.

The 'Pending' status for VISA indicates that the payment has been made to the merchant, and it doesn't affect usage. The status will transition to 'Completed' after settlement. This usually takes approximately 24-48 hours, but it can potentially take longer. Rest assured, the transaction will be settled. Please be patient.

Please note that having an account does not cost anything, so you can use it whenever you need it. Closing your account means your account and Visa Card will not be accessible again.
After you close your account, you can use our services again by registering as a new user. We will not reactivate your closed account under any circumstances.
If you decided to close your account, please withdraw or spend all the remaining balances in your accounts. If your crypto balance is under the minimum withdrawal limit, please contact our support team to assist you.

The cashout is an option to withdraw your crypto to your card balance as fiat money.
Make sure you are on the main Dashboard view. Tap on the Withdraw icon in the upper right corner. You will see 2 options there: To a bank card and To a bank account. Please, select the To card option.
The upper part of the Cash out tab has 2 fields that can be modified: You pay and You get. There, you need to select the cryptocurrency which you would like to convert to fiat money and the card, where you want to credit it.
As soon as you have introduced the value and the card data, the platform will block the transaction and give you a few seconds to check its details. If everything is fine, please confirm the withdrawal by pressing the Get button.

You can link up to 4 cards for a cashout. Please note, that these cards will be also automatically linked to the PayIn option.

All the payouts normally are performed by us instantly, however, it might take up to 30 minutes for the system to successfully handle it. Once the status of the withdrawal is changed to Success, it means that your funds have been sent to your bank.
Still, the final time of your funds to be credited to your card balance depends on your bank and may take up to a few working days.

Even if your country doesn't support bank card withdrawals, you can send crypto to an external wallet for the exchange or use our card to spend it.
To start the process, open the wallet and make sure you are in the Dashboard section. Once you are there, tap on the Send button in the upper left corner.
The system will open you a deposit menu with 2 options: Via phone number and To a wallet. Please, select Via phone number to proceed with the crypto transfer.
In the From field, you need to select the cryptocurrency that is to be transferred. In the To field, fill in the destination account phone number. Make sure that you fill in your phone number correctly: it should start with the country code, without any additional zeros.
Once you have introduced the phone number, the app will show you if a customer has an account in the app. Tap on the amount option to insert the crypto transaction volume and complete the transaction by pressing Confirm.
All crypto-to-crypto transactions are fee-free in the Wallet. If you receive, send, or exchange cryptocurrencies using the wallet, the only applicable charge is the blockchain fee. Our platform doesn't take any commission on those transactions.
Note: The blockchain fee is not applied if the destination wallet is located within the app.
Blockchain fees depend on several factors: network congestion, transaction confirmation times, and transaction size as measured in kilobytes.
All the off-chain transactions (those, when you send crypto to another wallet on our platform inside the app) are performed instantly.
In case you are sending crypto to an external crypto wallet, the processing time varies according to the current blockchain state and may take up to 2-3 hours.
Destination tags are unique identification codes used by cryptocurrencies (for example, Stellar and XRP) to identify the receiver of a transaction.
Yes, you do! As a fully AML/CTF compliant company, we are required to conduct checks to ensure that transactions are not linked to illegal activities. You need to pass the first level of Standard verification, which will unblock unlimited turnover of crypto-crypto transactions on your account.
The Standard verification stage involves confirming your email and phone number, as well as completing the registration questionnaire in the app.
For a deposit made to the IBAN account, we charge 0.5% per transaction.

Normally the transaction is reflected in the app within 1 working day, but in some cases, it might take up to 5 working days.

Once you submit your card details to proceed with a crypto purchase in the wallet, the system will prompt you to the verification page to certify your bank card. Tap on the Verify option to start the verification.
As soon as you do it, enter your CVV/3D-Secure code. After you are all set, we will make a transaction of $0.05 with a special code. Don't worry about your funds: the amount of the transaction will be refunded to your card within 48 hours.

Three-Domain Secure (3-D Secure or 3DS) is a special anti-fraud messaging protocol that allows consumers to authenticate themselves with the issuer of their bank card at the moment of transaction processing.
